Each class at YOGIC™ offers 60 minutes of movements originating in yoga, dance, tai chi, breathwork and meditation, and is uniquely designed to leave you feeling your best, regardless of experience or skill level. Our instructors, educated in the Himalayan tradition of yoga from schools in New York and Rishikesh, teach at studios, resorts and with private clients across the US. They enjoy sharing yoga with their community and look forward to seeing you soon. (Classes can be virtual or in person)
C2 walks you through several practices designed to clear a busy mind. The class starts with a tuning in kriya, before engaging the body's breath, stillness and pressure points, in order to focus your thoughts and improve concentration. Regardless if you are at work, in an exam, or sitting in your living room, you can use these practices to bring inner peace.
Y2 blends dance and tai chi through yoga for whole body movement. We begin by warming up with some gentle stretches, weave in dance styles from Classical Indian and Ballet, and end with an ancient meditative dance and shavasana. This class offers posture challenges designed to meet you where you are regardless of experience or fitness level.
R2 is a mix of static movements and stillness designed to revitalize and restore. Our instructors use postures and meditative kriyas for all skill levels to align the body, mind and spirit.
