Each of our YOGIC™ therapy sessions is designed to guide you from healing to health through holistic rehabilitation. Sessions start with a baseline assessment, which is then developed into a therapeutic plan, and followed up by measured improvements. Insurance coverage may be available. (*Please note these discounted sessions are taught by a RYT500 experienced instructor enrolled in a Masters level C-IAYT program).
Stress can impact energy levels and leave us with dysfunctional coping patterns. These sessions target decreasing stress in all layers of the body through techniques such as the Basic 6, Himalayan body integration, and soothing meditations. As a result, coping patterns diminish, energy flows in alignment, and you are brought to a balanced state of calm and rest.
General Sessions begin by going over your goals from the intake form and working through techniques specific to your therapeutic plan. Classes are best done in a package of 4 to adequately assess, integrate, and monitor overall health performance. These sessions guide you through postures and breathwork designed to improve multisystem strength and flexibility, before closing out with a kriya for mental focus and concentration. *Target areas can include: The Core & Pelvic Floor, Back & Booty, or Limbwork.
