Each of our 60 minute sessions guide you from healing to health through holistic rehabilitation and functional movement. Sessions start with a baseline assessment, which is then developed into a therapeutic plan, and followed up by measured improvements. Insurance coverage may be available.
*Please note these discounted sessions are taught by a RYT500 experienced instructor enrolled in a Masters level C-IAYT program.
These sessions use postures with the breath to improve multisystem strength and flexibility. We begin by assessing your current range of motion, and work through physical and breathing exercises designed to increase functional movement, before closing out with a kriya for mental focus and concentration.
*Target areas can include: The Core & Pelvic Floor, Back & Booty, or Limbwork.

Stress can impact energy levels resulting in dysfunctional coping patterns. Our classes treat stressors throughout the body beginning with an assessment to understand your needs, followed by the Benioff 6 and Himalayan body integration, before closing out with a healing meditation. Allow us to bring you into a more balanced state of mind, body and spirit.
