We offer a variety of morning and evening classes to suit different needs, ranging from gentle and restorative, to more challenging and dynamic.
Our instructors, educated in the Himalayan tradition of yoga from schools in New York and Rishikesh, teach at studios, resorts and with private clients across the US. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and enjoy sharing yoga with the community.
All classes are 60 minutes and held in a covered outdoor studio space facing the Ko'olau Mountains in Waimanalo Beach.
Space is limited to 8. Mats are provided.
Parking is available in front of the studio on Manana Street.
Oceanfront classes may be available upon request.
Mondays. 6-7pm
D2 integrates dance and tai chi with yoga for a whole body workout. Begin by warming up with some gentle stretches, weave in Classical Indian and Ballet dance, and end with stillness, breathwork and shavasana.
This class offers posture challenges to engage you regardless of experience or fitness level.
Wednesdays. 6-7pm
C2 walks you through several practices for clearing a busy mind. The class starts with a seated tuning in chakra kriya learned in Rishikesh, India. From there we engage the body's breath, stillness and pressure points, allowing you to focus your thoughts and improve concentration. Regardless if you are at work or in an exam, you can use these practices to bring inner peace.
Thursdays. 6-7pm
B2 walks you through the practice of meditation such as hand gestures, sitting positions, mantras and breathing techniques, teaching your mind to allow complete stillness.
We will talk about health benefits and what works best for your body, before participating in a meditation, where you can practice your skills.
Fridays. 6-7am
R2 is a mix of static movements and stillness focused on stretching and relaxation. Our instructors use gentle postures, breathwork and meditative kriyas to bring the body into total alignment. This class is for all skill levels.

N2 invites you to unwind in an outdoor serene space while enjoying the gentle beach breezes as you are guided through resting postures and integrative meditation.

Y2 gives you a chance to make yoga work for your body. If you see some techniques that you really enjoy, and would like to ask about a custom class, please let us know.
