Sessions start with a baseline assessment, and then a therapeutic plan is developed, with measurable outcomes for improvement. See samples below. $50-$130 per session based on therapist level of expertise.

YOGA CLASSES
Our instructors, educated in the Himalayan tradition of yoga from schools in New York and Rishikesh, teach at studios, resorts and with private clients across the US. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Please see selections below to choose from. $35 per class.
Classes and sessions are taught at the YOGIC private studio or oceanfront. Online options available. 60 minutes each.
Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided.
These sessions use postures with the breath to improve multisystem strength and flexibility. We begin by assessing your current range of motion, work through physical and breathing exercises designed to increase functional movement, and close out with a kriya for mental focus and concentration.
These sessions use techniques to improve relaxation and decrease stress. Starting with a baseline assessment focused on tension points, we work through the Bartenieff Fundamentals before closing with breathwork and healing meditations.

These sessions will become available late September and include an intake and ayurvedic diet recommendation, personality assessments from birth to current age, follow ups to see if the recommendations are working for you, and tips for going forward.

This class invites you to completely let go and unwind. Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is designed to heal and rejuvenate the body. You will be guided through postures for deep relaxation followed up by an integrative meditation.
A class to teach you the basics of meditation such as hand gestures, sitting positions, mantras and breathing techniques.
We will talk about health benefits and what works best for your body, before participating in a meditation, where you can practice your skills.
This class follows the Himalayan lineage of kundalini yoga through a natural flow of movement, breath and mental focus targeting the nervous system. Each kriya is designed to work through emotions stored within the body as we focus on ancient mantras and tap into our inner guru.
