M2 integrates dance and tai chi with yoga for a whole body workout. Begin by warming up with some gentle stretches, weave in Classical Indian and Ballet dance, and end with stillness, breathwork and shavasana.
This class offers posture options to engage you regardless of experience or fitness level.
T2 is a mix of static movements and stillness focused on stretching and relaxation. Our instructors use gentle postures, breathwork and meditative kriyas to bring the body into total alignment. This class is for all skill levels.

W2 walks you through practices for clearing a busy mind. The class starts with a tuning in chakra kriya learned in Rishikesh, India. From there we engage the body's breath, stillness and pressure points, allowing you to focus your thoughts and improve concentration. Regardless if you are at work or in an exam, you can use these practices to bring inner peace.
Fri-yay! invites you to unwind in a serene space. You will be guided through resting postures and integrative meditation.

Custom meditation class walks you through the practice of meditation such as hand gestures, sitting positions, mantras and breathing techniques, teaching your mind to allow complete stillness.
